Nishant is a Vice President at PEI, having joined the firm in 2026. Prior to PEI, he was an Investment Banking Vice President within Bank of America’s Natural Resources and Energy Transition group, where he advised on a broad spectrum of M&A advisory, debt and equity financing mandates. Nishant began his career in the upstream oil and gas sector, managing complex well engineering and field operations before transitioning to transaction advisory.
